We will provide ongoing support from our office in all aspects of your restaurant business. Operationally, we will be with you in your restaurant during the first week of opening and will provide monthly evaluations thereafter. Each restaurant is assigned a Business Consultant whose job is to offer assistance with running your business including menu execution, staffing schedules, purchasing plans, accounting, and developing and implementing marketing plans and growing your business. SUBWAY Corporate also continually offers training programs for franchisees and their restaurant staff to ensure your business runs smoothly.
