Congratulations to our franchisees in the state for earning gold medals in the January 2012 Customer Service Olympics!  To win a gold medal, the restaurant must score between 90 and 100 percent ratings from at least 16 surveys returned during the month.  Our Mount Airy franchisee earned an average score of 100 for more than 20 responses.  North Carolina was well represented, with franchisees statewide earning gold status. Hard work, commitment, teamwork and pride in the brand provide great rewards!
